Landlords and letting agents
Changing locks between tenancies is good practice and often a legal expectation. We offer lock schedules for portfolios, restricted-key systems so tenants can't cut copies, and fixed per-door pricing so you know the cost before the van leaves the yard.
The first thing to do with a new home
Previous owners, their builders, cleaners, estate agents, the tenant before them — nobody knows how many copies of your front-door key are out there. Changing the locks on completion day is the cheapest piece of security you'll ever buy, and Cosmo Locksmith makes it one phone call: front, back, side, patio and garage doors in a single visit.
Everything keyed alike
We fit new cylinders and deadlocks to every external door and key them alike, so each member of the household gets one key that does the lot. You choose how many keys you need on the day — no trip to a key cutter, no waiting.
Fitted to your insurer's requirements
New-build or Victorian terrace, we fit BS3621 deadlocks on timber doors and TS007 3-star cylinders on uPVC and composite doors, and leave you a receipt listing the grades. That's one less thing to chase when you set up the home insurance.
